E- Wallpaper

Step 1: Select a photo and change the background image name to Forest (1). Change the Document Size to 29.7cm*21.0cm, Resolution to 72pixels /inch by going to: Image> Image Size, or Alt+Ctrl+I (2).

Step 2: Change the color by going to: Image> Adjustment> Color balance or Ctrl+B. The image on top shows the color after the adjustment.

Step 3: The Images above show the photo before and after, after using patch tool to clean up the unnecessary selection.

Step 4: Add the crystal ball which I did before. Classify the crystal ball by create a new file, Crystal ball (1). Use the adjustment on the right hand side by clicking: adjustment> color balance. Press ‘alt’ on the color balance level after the adjustment (2). Repeat the step by adjusting the Hue/Saturation, and the Curve (2).

Step 5: Add the street lamp which I did before (1). Classify the street lamp by create a new file, Street lamp (2). Later, double click the street lamp layer thumbnail. After the double, the Layer Style box appears. Select the stroke to give more stroke effect on the street lamp (3).

Step 6: Add the moon which I did before and classify the street lamp by create a new file, Moon (1). Double click the Moon level thumbnail and select the Outer Glow effect (2). Go to the adjustment on right hand side by clicking: adjustment> Color Balance. Then press ‘alt’ on the color balance level (3).

Step 7: Add the pumpkin which I did before and classify the street lamp by create a new file, Pumpkin 1. Double click the Pumpkin1 level thumbnail and select the Drop Shadow and Inner Glow effect. Go to the adjustment on right hand side by clicking: adjustment> Vibration, Color Balance, Hue/Saturation, Level. Then press ‘alt’ on those adjustment levels. Repeat the step by adding another pumpkin named Pumpkin 2.

Step 8: Open a new file named Street Sign. Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool (1) and draw a shape in White color, Shape 1, and Black color, Shape 2 (2). Next, use Horizontal Type tool to type font (3) and double click to add shadow (4).

Step 9: Add the bat which I did before and classify the bat by creating a new file, Bat. Copy few more bats and give different size and rotate them by going to: Edit> Free Transform. Double click some of the bat level thumbnail and give some effect.

Step 10: Select the Horizontal type tool to write word ‘HAPPY HALLOWEEN’ (1). Change the font into Forte type and set the font size (2) .Add some effect such as Drop Shadow and Outer Glow (3).

Step 11: Add a new layer named ‘Brush’ (1). Select brush tool and change it to Scattered Maple Leaves (2).Adjust the brush tool with different color, master diameter, opacity, and flow (3).

Step 12: After finish, I use blur to the background by going to: Filter> Blur> Gaussian blur. After that, I readjust the sky into darker color to look more like a night time and recheck the image again (1). I found out that was a mistake on the font I write, so I correct it back to ‘HALLOWEEN(2). So, that’s go my Happy Halloween Festival E-Wallpaper.
